Bahan:
150 gr Ketan hitam (rendam semalaman)
1 liter santan encer/air
80 gr Gula merah
30 gr gula pasir
200 ml Santan kental
Garam secukupnya
3 lembar daun pandan

Cara membuat:
1. Cuci bersih ketan, masak dengan santan encer/air kedalam panci. Jika tidak sempat merendam semalaman, masak ketan dengan 500 ml santan/air sampai mendidih, matikan api, tutup pancinya biarkan selam 30 menit.
2. Masukkan sisa santan/air, gula merah, gula pasir, sejumput garam dan 2 lembar daun pandan. Masak terus dengan api kecil sampai lunak dan mengental (tambahkan airnya jika dirasa kurang). Jangan lupa diaduk2 supaya tidak gosong.
3. Saus: panaskan santan kental, garam dan 1 lembar daun pandan. Aduk2 sampai mendidih.
4. Penyelesaian: siapkan mangkung, tuang bubur ketan hitam, beri siraman saus santan.

Catatan: tambahkan gula jika kurang manis. Untuk 2-3 porsi.
