Bahan:

- 1 ekor ayam potong sesuai selera
- 4 btr bwg putih iris / cincang
- 8 btr bwg merah iris/cincang
- 1 btr bwg bombay iris
- 2 bh cabe merah besar buang biji iris
- 2 bh cabe ijo besar buang biji iris
- 2 sdm saus tiram
- 3 sdm kcp asin (saya pake lee kum kee premium)
- 8-9 sdm kcp manis/sesuai selera
- 1/4 biji pala parut
- 1 btr tomat potong2
- 1 btr jeruk limau
- Secukupnya garam, lada
- Secukupnya air untuk ungkep ayam
CARA MASAK:
1. Tumis bwg merah, bombay, bwg putih, cabe sampai wangi
2. Masukkan ayam, tomat, saus tiram, kecap asin, kcp manis, pala, lada, garam bila perlu (saya ga pake garam lg) aduk rata, tambahkan air, masak dgn api kecil smpai empuk, meresap, dan kuah menyusut, matikan api, beri perasan jeruk limau, aduk rata, sajikan dgn nasi hangat
